🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all online orders, you can request a return by contacting our support team. Here
Please note that return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Once approved, returns are issued as store credit only, sent to the email used when placing your order.
After approval, follow the instructions provided to send your item back and receive your store credit.
✔ RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Tags must be attached and in original condition
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- No damage, stains, or alterations
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we currently do not offer exchanges.
Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is received for store credit to be processed.
❗EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (tops & bottoms)
- Underwear
- Limited drops & collaborations
- Accessories (e.g., keychains, small items)
- Sale or discounted items
Orders with 3 or more of the same item are not eligible for returns.
Returns must arrive within 14 days of approval or may be declined.
Incorrect or extra items sent back will be returned to you.
We currently do not accept international returns.
SpiderHoodie is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
✏️ ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Need to update your shipping details or cancel your order? You have 30 minutes after placing it to make changes using your order confirmation page.
If the option is no longer available, your order may already be processing.
Please note:
- Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins
- We do not offer size or style swaps
To get a different item, cancel within the time window and place a new order.
⚠ Important
If your order was canceled automatically, it has been refunded. Refunds may take 10–15 business days depending on your bank.
🚚 SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery time depends on your location
During peak periods, processing may take longer.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Note: Shipping time does not include processing time.
🕷️ HOW TO TRACK YOUR SP5DER ORDER
To track your order, simply enter your Order Number or Email Address on the tracking page and click “Track Order.”
You’ll instantly see your latest shipping updates, including processing, dispatch, and delivery status.
If your tracking doesn’t update right away, please allow 48–72 hours after your order has been shipped for information to appear.

📦 LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for extra security.
If protection is not selected, we may not be able to assist with lost package claims.
If your tracking shows “delivered,” SpiderHoodie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Claims must be made within 3 days of after delivery.
⚠️ DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible.
Photos may be required to review the issue and provide a resolution. Claims made after 30 days may not be accepted.
All damage claims are reviewed at our discretion.
🚫 COUNTERFEIT SITES
Beware of the numerous counterfeit Sp5der websites. SPIDERHOODIE.PRO is the only place to get authentic Sp5der pieces. These counterfeit sites will usually misspell Sp5der in the URL (e.g. Sp555der, Sp5ider, etc) or they include apparel words in the name (e.g. sp5der hoodie, sp5der clothing, sp5ider hoodies, etc.). We are unable to assist with any product or customer service issues from orders placed from sites other than SPIDERHOODIE.PRO, this includes resale sites. If you discover you have been tricked by one of these sites, we encourage you to cancel your order and immediately contact your bank to reverse payment.

To keep your puff print designs looking fresh:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Avoid bleach and fabric softener
- Tumble dry low or air dry
- Do not iron directly on prints
- Avoid folding over printed areas
💎 RHINESTONE CARE
For rhinestone pieces:
- Clean stains gently and quickly
- Hand wash if needed using mild detergent
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid harsh chemicals or sprays
- Do not iron over rhinestones
- Spot clean accessories only
